Thank you for shopping with MEBeads.

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through mebeads.com.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are prepared and shipped from Guangdong, China.

Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Because our bracelets may be handmade, customized, or prepared in small batches, processing may take slightly longer during product launches, holidays, high-volume periods, or for custom orders.

Custom, personalized, made-to-size, or special-order items generally follow the same estimated processing time unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout. However, additional preparation time may be required depending on the design, materials, or order volume.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Europe, and other available regions shown at checkout.

Available shipping destinations may change depending on carrier availability, customs restrictions, service limitations, or operational reasons.

If your location is not available at checkout, we may not currently ship to your region.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time to the United States and Europe is generally 7–15 business days after the order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, weather, incorrect shipping information, local delivery conditions, international shipping disruptions, or other events outside our control.

MEBeads is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, but we will do our best to assist you where possible.

4. Shipping Cost

We currently offer free standard shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If paid shipping, upgraded shipping, express shipping, or special delivery options are offered, the available shipping methods and costs will be shown at checkout.

Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by our error.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the package is handed to the shipping carrier.

For international shipments, tracking updates may be limited or delayed while the package is in transit between countries or being processed by customs.

6. Address Accuracy and Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment number, unit number, postal code, phone number, and any other required delivery details.

Please include your order number and the correct shipping address.

We will do our best to help, but once an order has been processed, shipped, or handed to the carrier, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

If a package is delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, MEBeads may not be responsible for reshipping costs, replacement costs, or refunds, unless required by law.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed or appears to be missing, please contact us at:

Please include your order number and tracking number.

We will help review the tracking information and assist with a carrier investigation where possible.

If a package is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, we will review the situation and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, building reception, local delivery points, and the shipping carrier first.

MEBeads is not responsible for theft, loss, or missing packages after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided, unless required by law.

8. Returned, Refused, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, unpaid customs duties or taxes, or failure to collect the package, we will contact you if the package is received back by us.

Additional shipping fees may apply if you request reshipment.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and related delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

If the package cannot be reshipped or if you do not respond within a reasonable time, we may process the order according to our Return and Refund Policy, where applicable.

9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region.

These charges, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law or clearly stated at checkout.

MEBeads is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country or region.

Please check with your local customs office for more information about possible import charges before placing an order.

10. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may be unavailable for shipping to certain countries or regions due to carrier limitations, customs restrictions, local laws, or operational reasons.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we are unable to ship to the provided address.
